Returns Policy
At Calissi Concept, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process to make it easy for you to return items.
Customer-Initiated Returns:
  1. Request a Return:
    • Simply fill out the return request form on our website to initiate a return or contact us at info@calissiconcept.com. 
    • Once your return request is approved, follow the provided instructions to ship your item back to us.
  2. Return Shipping:
    • You may ship the item back to us using a courier of your choice at your expense.
    • Alternatively, you can request a pre-paid return shipping label from us.
  3. Pre-Paid Return Label:
    • If you choose the pre-paid label option, the cost of the return shipping (equivalent to your original shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.
    • For orders over 250€, return shipping is free. We will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.
Refund Processing:
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund, unless your order qualifies for free return shipping.
Return Conditions:
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery receipt.
  • We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within EU.
  • International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Calissi Concept is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, including the original packaging and the box it came in.
  • Items must be returned new, unused, and with all Calissi Concept and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Important Notes:
  • No price adjustments for prior purchases.
  • All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges for swimwear bottoms and intimates.
