How do I place an order?
1. Choose your favorite products, selecting the color and size, and add them to your cart.
2. Check your cart to ensure you have added only the items you want to purchase. You
can change quantities, delete, or add items if needed.
3. Proceed to checkout or view cart. You can access your reserved area if registered, or
continue as a Guest.
4. Fill in the form with your delivery address and payment method. If you have a promo
code, you can add it now in your shopping cart or at checkout.
5. If you would like to request an invoice, check the invoice request box and enter all
necessary data.
6. Confirm your order. A confirmation message with the order number will appear if the
order is registered correctly. You will receive a confirmation email shortly. Check
your spam folder if you do not see it.
7. Once the order is confirmed, you can check it in your Reserved Area or on the Guest
Page.
How to choose the correct size?

Can I modify my order? Can I add or remove an article?
It is not possible to modify your order. However, you can cancel an order while it is still
being processed. To check if cancellation is still possible, please contact Customer Care.
What can I do if an article is out of stock?
If the product you are interested in is "sold-out", leave your email address in the box on the
product page. You will be informed promptly if the product becomes available again. You can
also request the product by special order as most of our products are custom-made.
Is buying on-line safe?
Yes, buying online at Calissi Concept is safe! We prioritize your security and privacy by employing industry-standard encryption and secure payment methods. Our website is designed to protect your personal information, ensuring a safe shopping experience. If you have any concerns or questions, our Customer Care team is here to assist you.
Where should I enter the promotional code?
To use your promo code, place the products in the shopping cart and go to checkout. You will
find a field to enter your promo code. This field is not mandatory.
Can multiple promotional codes be entered?
No, only one promotional code can be entered per order.
Why doesn't my promotional code work?
Ensure the code is entered correctly without spaces. Note that promotional codes may not be
combined with other online promotions. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.
Is it possible to add a promotional code after finalizing an order?
No, it is not possible to add a promotional code after the order has been finalized. If the order
is still being processed, you can cancel and confirm a new order. Contact customer service to
check if cancellation is still possible.
Can an order be canceled?
Orders can only be canceled if our logistics has not yet processed them. To check if
cancellation is possible, contact our customer service department.
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order from your account or the dedicated section if you
ordered as a non-registered customer:
Order canceled: Your order has been canceled.
Order in process: Order is being registered.
Order pending: Waiting for payment to be received.Order under investigation: Payment is being checked.
Order in progress: The order is being prepared at our warehouse.
Order shipped: The order has been collected by the courier and is in transit to its
destination.Order refunded: Refund of the order placed.

I no longer want to receive newsletters, what should I do?
To unsubscribe from Calissi Concept newsletters, click the "If you no longer wish to receive
the newsletter click here" link at the bottom of the last newsletter you received. For any
difficulties, contact Customer Service.
Registration Account
Is it necessary to create an account?
No, it is not mandatory to have an account to complete an order. You can:
Create an account to store shipping details, view order history, track orders, and
register returns.Place your order as a guest without creating an account.
How can I create my account?
To create your personal account, click on the dedicated image at the top right of the
homepage, select register, and enter the required data.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Use the "Forgotten your password?" function. An automatic email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. For any difficulties, contact Customer Services.
What do I have to do to delete my account?
To cancel your account, send a request to our customer service
at support@calissiconcept.com.
Shipping/Delivery
Where do you ship products?
Find the list of shipping countries by clicking the appropriate link at the top left. Ensure you have selected the correct store view before placing your order. If a destination country does not appear in the list, it means shipping is currently not available to that country.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be prepared by our warehouse as soon as possible and handed over to the courier. External factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical problems, adverse weather conditions, or inability to access the given address may affect delivery punctuality. Once placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Where is my order, and how can I track it?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and courier information, which you can use to track your package.
I checked the status of the shipment and found some problems. What should I do?
If you experience any problems with the shipment of your order, contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible for necessary checks. If the tracking information indicates delivery
but you have not received it, contact Customer Care within 2 days of the supposed delivery
for a status check.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
In case of non-delivery, the courier will leave a notice on the intercom/mailbox. A second
delivery attempt will be made the next day. If still absent, the consignment will be held at the
local branch for 3 working days before being returned to the warehouse.
What should I do if I have entered an incorrect delivery address?
Contact our Customer Service at support@calissiconcept.com immediately.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel or if some items are missing?
If the packaging is damaged or the tracking number does not match your order, notify the
courier upon delivery and note the issue on the delivery note. Report any problems with the
items received to Customer Service immediately via email at support@calissiconcept.com,
including photos of the parcel and the items.
Return/Refund
I wish to return one or more products from my order, how can I do so?
You may return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The goods must be
returned undamaged, complete with all parts, and in their original packaging. If you have completed the order from your account, you can request the return directly from your
reserved area. If you do not have an account, you can view your order and open a return
request at the provided link. Once your package is received and quality checks are completed, our Customer Care will send you a refund authorization. This process may take a few days depending on the warehouse's workload. Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the payment method used.
Is it possible to request a return for a size change?
Size exchange is currently not offered. If the item is too big or too small, you can request a
return and refund. You can then place a new order for the desired product in the correct size
or for a different item.
Is the return free?
For EU countries: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the order amount exceeds €250, in which case the return is free. Using our shipping label will deduct any return cost from your refund.
For non-EU countries: Return shipping costs and customs fees are borne by the customer. Using our shipping label will deduct the return cost from
your refund.
I received a faulty or wrong product, can I return it?
Contact Customer Service immediately via email at support@calissiconcept.com providing the order number and photos of the faulty product, including labels/barcodes.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the payment method used within 14 days after your return is processed at our warehouse. Customer Care will notify you once the return and quality
control are completed.
